You have identified as a First Nations, Metis or Inuit person of Canada and wish to receive support and resources through Bruce Power’s Indigenous Employment Program.  By completing this application you are not applying directly to a role, rather, your profile will be entered into the talent pool inventory. 

Please ensure your application is complete and that your contact information is accurate.  Once your profile is reviewed, a member of the Indigenous Employment team will contact you to discuss how we can best support you in your pursuit of employment with our company and our partners.

The Indigenous Employment Program offers support to Indigenous talent wishing to enter the nuclear industry and provides outreach and resources through various initiatives and programs. 

All applicants will be reviewed and those eligible to participate in the program are placed in the Indigenous Employment Talent Pool and will be contacted by a member of the Indigenous Employment Team. Applicants from Indigenous Employment Talent Pool will be considered for Permanent and Temporary opportunities with Bruce Power as well as opportunities with our Supplier Partners, Contractors and Building Trade Unions.
